Knowing you can rely on confidential translation and data security has never mattered more than it does today. We’ve been maintaining client security since 1990, whether in translation, interpreting, voiceover + subtitling, transcription, document re-creation, or multilingual typesetting.

That would be nice… It’s also unlikely, because the first thing that many agencies will do with your “confidential translation” is to post it on a translators’ bulletin board for translators to bid on. That’s invisible to you, but as a result hundreds of translators may see your text. So-called “confidentiality agreements” really help very little.
We don’t work like that. Unlike most providers we’re a Translation Company and NOT merely an Agency. That means we use only well-qualified professional translators and review in-house with our own well-qualified team. It also means that we operate professional systems strictly within the Professional Codes of our professional organisations; the Association of Translation Companies and the Institute of Translation and Interpreting. There’s more information in our FAQs on why this matters.
Our confidentiality-assured translation partners are 100% mother-tongue. All are professionally qualified. All are experienced. But above all, every one is a trusted established partner, many of whom have worked with us for years.
We will ONLY share your material with the translator who’ll be doing the work. We will know and trust the translator, and we will have a binding non-disclosure agreement with them. Encrypted email ensures secure communication and delivery.
We assure you of 100% confidentiality, 100% discretion, and 100% service. And that’s just as true for a million pound contract as it is for your daughter’s marriage certificate.
